What: SpeedPass

Looking for a challenging (but always manageable) weekly workout? Endorphins with friends? Sweaty socials? LOOK NO FURTHER. We got you. 16 weeks of workouts Monday nights (yes, Mondays) from July through October.

We said it before so we'll say it again: THIS THING SELLS OUT! If you want in, get in. Now.

The NY Flyers’ SpeedPass is a 16-week training program led by Coach Amy Sitar catering to runners of all levels. Weekly workouts are uploaded to the VDOT O2 app and are customized based on the individual's current fitness and training background.

When: First practice, Monday, July 11th

Where: Central Park (Columbus Circle) every Monday evening, starting at 6:30pm

Members gather between 6:30-6:40 pm at the Maine Monument in Columbus Circle. Runners will depart from there promptly at 6:40 pm. Bag check is available (free) across the street on the second floor of the Time Warner Center at the Fleet Feet / Jack Rabbit Store.
