Date Change April 2 | Little Red Lighthouse Long Run

Details: Please come out and join us for this 14.5 mile run (with optional shorter or longer versions) and complete with baggage check and fluid stations with water, Gatorade and gels (now featuring GU and Untapped).
Start Time: Meet at 8:45am and begin running promptly at 9am
Who: Members and Non-members- all are welcome!
Cost: Free for all runners.
Where: Start/Finish at the FLEET FEET Store (formerly Jack Rabbit/NY Running Company) on the 2nd floor of Time Warner Center.

Paces: Pace groups will range from 8:00/min to 12:00/min at one minute increments. We will not have pacers, but will help arrange runners into different pace groups.
Organizer: New York Flyers
Aid Stations: will be located at the start/finish and the 5 mile & 10.5 mile marks along the course. Water, Gatorade and gels will be available.
Baggage: There will be a bag check at the Fleet Feet Store located on the 2nd floor of the Time Warner Center from 8:45 AM - 12:00 Noon.
