All practices will start promptly at 7pm on Tuesday evenings at Maine Monument near the Columbus Circle entrance to Central Park. Coaches will designate two or three training groups depending on demand, which will meet separately for final workout instructions with their assigned coach before warming up.
All participants will be required to wear a mask during practice until further notice. Each coached group will be capped at 20 runners and kept socially distanced from other groups. All speed-work will maintain safe spacing throughout.

Participants who sign up for the virtual option will receive a personalized training plan geared towards their season goal(s). The 8-week training plan will starts on Monday May 10th and end Sunday July 4th. Participants will fill out an Athlete Survey so Coach Brian can review their recent training/racing history, goals, etc. before personalizing their plan. All plans will support members' training day preferences and goals.
Training plans will be published to each participant's VDOT O2 calendar, which includes the ability to manage your training via mobile, internet and/or PDF versions of your program. VDOT O2 also syncs with GPS so you can easily manage your prescribed workouts and actual splits.
